chairladies
Women running meetings
Chairladies is the plural of chairlady, a dated term for a woman who presides over a meeting or organization.
The word emerged as a feminine alternative to chairman but has largely given way to gender-neutral terms like chair or chairperson: The chairladies of various committees met quarterly.
