chainable
Can be linked
Chainable describes something that can be linked in sequence with others of its kind.
In programming, chainable methods return objects that allow further method calls in a single statement: jQuery's chainable syntax lets you write fluid, readable code.
More generally, chainable applies to any process or component designed to connect end-to-end: chainable adapters, chainable commands.
