browridge
Bone above eyes
The browridge is the bony ridge above the eye sockets, more prominent in some people than others.
In anthropology, browridge size helps distinguish between human ancestors—Neanderthals had heavy browridges, while modern humans have relatively slight ones.
Also called the supraorbital ridge or brow ridge.
