boss-eyed
Eyes pointing inward
Boss-eyed is British slang for cross-eyed or having a squint—eyes that don't align properly, with one or both turning inward.
It can also describe eyes that point in different directions.
The term extends to anything askew or not quite right: The picture frame looks a bit boss-eyed.
