boomsters
Economy will soar
Boomsters is an informal, usually dismissive term for baby boomers—the generation born roughly 1946–1964.
The -ster suffix adds a slightly mocking tone, often used by younger generations criticizing boomers for perceived entitlement or out-of-touch attitudes: The boomsters bought houses for nothing and wonder why we can't.
