blameworthiness
Deserving of censure
Blameworthiness is the quality of deserving blame or censure.
The term appears most often in moral philosophy and legal contexts, where it describes culpability for wrongdoing: The jury had to assess the defendant's blameworthiness.
Something done accidentally has less blameworthiness than something done deliberately.
