reproachable
Open to censure
Reproachable describes someone or something deserving of blame or criticism.
The word is the flip side of irreproachable—if your conduct is reproachable, it invites disapproval: His handling of the funds was entirely reproachable.
The term is uncommon, with irreproachable appearing far more often.
