bipartition
Division into halves
Bipartition is a division into two parts.
In mathematics and computer science, it describes splitting a set or graph into exactly two groups: The algorithm performs a bipartition of the network into clusters.
The term appears in biology for cell division and in logic for binary classifications.
Less technical than it sounds—any two-way split qualifies.
