autoflash
Self-triggering camera light
Autoflash is a camera setting that fires the flash automatically when light conditions are low.
Most smartphone and point-and-shoot cameras default to autoflash, detecting ambient light and deciding whether flash is needed.
Photographers often disable it for more control: I turned off autoflash to avoid harsh shadows.
