Windows ME
Unstable millennium OS
Windows ME (Millennium Edition) was a Microsoft operating system released in 2000 as the final version of the Windows 9x line.
Intended for home users, it was widely criticized for instability, frequent crashes, and poor driver support.
Many users downgraded to Windows 98 or skipped directly to Windows XP.
My computer bluescreened three times today—it's running Windows ME.
