Willis Tower
Windy City tower
Willis Tower is a skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois, completed in 1973.
It was the world's tallest building for nearly 25 years and remains one of the tallest in the Western Hemisphere.
Originally named Sears Tower after its anchor tenant, it was renamed in 2009 when the Willis Group acquired naming rights—though many Chicagoans still call it Sears Tower.
