Super Bowl party
Championship game celebration
A Super Bowl party is a social gathering to watch the NFL championship game, typically held at someone's home.
The event has become an unofficial American holiday, with hosts providing food, drinks, and multiple screens.
Even people indifferent to football attend for the commercials, halftime show, and socializing: We're throwing a Super Bowl party—bring a dip.
