St. George's Cross
Red on white
St.
George's Cross is a red cross on a white background—a vertical bar crossed by a horizontal bar of equal length.
It serves as the flag of England and appears in the Union Jack.
The design derives from the patron saint of England, St.
George, and features prominently in English heraldry and national identity: Fans waved St. George's Crosses at the match.
