Sari
Name meaning princess
A sari is a garment worn by South Asian women, consisting of a long piece of cloth—typically five to nine yards—draped around the body and over the shoulder.
The fabric wraps to form a skirt, with the loose end (pallu) draped across the chest or over the head.
Saris range from simple cotton for daily wear to elaborate silk with gold embroidery for weddings and ceremonies: She wore her mother's wedding sari.
