Sammy Hagar
Sammy Hagar is an American rock singer and songwriter, best known as the lead vocalist of Van Halen from 1985 to 1996 and again briefly in 2003–2005, a period fans distinguish from the David Lee Roth era by calling it "Van Hagar." Before joining Van Halen, he fronted the band Montrose and had solo hits including "I Can't Drive 55." Hagar is also known for founding the Cabo Wabo tequila brand and restaurant chain.
