Redwood National Park

Giant sequoia preserve

Redwood National Park is a protected area along California's northern coast, preserving ancient coast redwood forests—the tallest trees on Earth.

Established in 1968 and expanded in 1978, it combines with three adjacent state parks to form a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
