Ramadan prayers
Nightly mosque devotions
Ramadan prayers are the special Islamic prayers performed during Ramadan, the holy month of fasting.
The most significant is Tarawih, lengthy evening prayers offered after the obligatory night prayer, typically performed in congregation at mosques.
Muslims may also increase their regular prayers and Quran recitation during this period.
The mosque stays open late for Ramadan prayers.
