Plutonians
Distant dwarf-planet residents
Plutonians are hypothetical inhabitants of Pluto, the distant dwarf planet.
The term appears mainly in science fiction and casual speculation about extraterrestrial life: If Plutonians exist, they'd be adapted to extreme cold and darkness.
Since Pluto's 2006 reclassification as a dwarf planet, Plutonians has sometimes been used humorously for those who refuse to accept the demotion.
