Piet Mondrian

Piet Mondrian was a Dutch painter (1872–1944) who pioneered abstract art.

He is best known for grid-based compositions using only primary colors, black lines, and white space—a style he called neoplasticism.

His influence extends beyond painting into architecture, design, and fashion, where "Mondrian" evokes his signature geometric aesthetic: a Mondrian-inspired dress, very Mondrian.
