Parkinsons disease
Progressive movement disorder
Parkinson's disease is a progressive neurological disorder affecting movement.
It develops when nerve cells in the brain stop producing enough dopamine, causing tremors, stiffness, and difficulty with balance and coordination.
Symptoms typically begin gradually and worsen over time: He was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease after noticing a tremor in his hand.
