Paleo diet

Stone Age fare

The Paleo diet is an eating regimen based on foods presumed to have been available to prehistoric humans—meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds—while avoiding grains, dairy, legumes, and processed foods.

The premise is that human bodies are better adapted to ancestral diets than to modern agricultural ones: She went Paleo and gave up bread entirely.
