Manchego cheese

La Mancha product

Manchego cheese is a firm Spanish cheese made from the milk of Manchega sheep, named for the La Mancha region where it originated.

It has a distinctive herringbone rind pattern and ranges from mild and creamy when young to intensely nutty and slightly crumbly when aged: aged Manchego with membrillo and almonds.
