M&M's

M&M's are button-shaped chocolates with a hard candy shell, produced by Mars, Inc. since 1941.

The colorful coating prevents melting in the hand—a feature famously advertised with the slogan "melts in your mouth, not in your hand." Each piece is stamped with a lowercase "m" and the candies come in various colors and flavors, with peanut and plain milk chocolate being the most iconic varieties.
