Hot Fuzz
British cop parody
Hot Fuzz is a 2007 British action-comedy film directed by Edgar Wright, starring Simon Pegg as an overachieving London police officer reassigned to a seemingly sleepy village.
The film satirizes buddy cop movies and small-town mysteries, building to an absurdly violent climax: We watched Hot Fuzz for the tenth time.
Part of Wright's "Cornetto trilogy" with Shaun of the Dead and The World's End.
