Weiqi playing surface
A Go board is the playing surface for Go, the ancient East Asian strategy game.
The standard board is a 19×19 grid of intersecting lines, with pieces (called stones) placed on the intersections rather than in the squares.
Smaller boards—13×13 or 9×9—are used for faster games or learning.
