Face/Off
Surgical identity theft
Face/Off is a 1997 action film in which an FBI agent and a terrorist surgically swap faces, each assuming the other's identity.
The title plays on the dual meaning: a confrontation between adversaries and the literal removal of faces.
The film has become a touchstone for over-the-top action and Nicolas Cage's operatic acting style.
