Engrish

Botched Asian English

Engrish is mangled or unintentionally humorous English, especially as it appears in Asian countries on signs, products, and advertisements.

The term plays on the difficulty some Asian language speakers have distinguishing L and R sounds.

The hotel sign said "Please to enjoy happy time." The word is mildly offensive, mocking non-native speakers' errors, though it's also used affectionately by those who collect such examples.
