Dr. Evil
Dr.
Evil is the comedic villain from the *Austin Powers* film series, a bald, pinky-raising megalomaniac with absurdly outdated schemes and an estranged relationship with his clone Mini-Me.
The name has become shorthand for any cartoonishly theatrical villain or someone whose evil plans seem comically incompetent: He's like Dr. Evil—all bluster, no follow-through.
