Dobermans
Sleek protection canines
Dobermans is the plural of Doberman, a breed of large, muscular dog with a sleek coat, typically black and tan.
Developed in Germany in the late 19th century as guard dogs, Dobermans are known for their intelligence, loyalty, and alertness.
They're often used in police and military work: Two Dobermans patrolled the property.
The breed's reputation for aggression, while exaggerated, makes them a go-to image for intimidating guard dogs in film and fiction.
Also called Doberman pinschers.
