DVD collector
Physical media enthusiast
A DVD collector is someone who accumulates DVDs as a hobby, often seeking rare editions, complete series, or films from particular genres or directors.
The practice has become more niche as streaming displaced physical media, giving collectors a preservationist bent: He's a DVD collector who insists the special features are worth it.
