Sniveling little brat
A cry-baby is someone who cries or complains too easily, especially over minor setbacks.
The term is childish by design—it accuses someone of behaving like an infant: Don't be such a cry-baby about losing.
As an adjective, it describes whiny or oversensitive behavior: cry-baby politics, cry-baby excuses.
