Columbus Circle
Central Park's southwest corner
Columbus Circle is a major traffic circle in Manhattan at the southwest corner of Central Park, where Broadway, Eighth Avenue, and Central Park West converge.
It marks the point from which official distances from New York City are measured.
The area includes a monument to Christopher Columbus and serves as a landmark for directions and meeting points: I'll meet you at Columbus Circle.
