Flushing Meadows

Open tennis site

Flushing Meadows is a park in Queens, New York City, site of two World's Fairs (1939 and 1964) and now home to the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, where the US Open is held annually.

In sports contexts, Flushing Meadows often serves as shorthand for the tournament itself: She won her first title at Flushing Meadows.
