Christian virtues
Faith, hope, charity
The Christian virtues are moral qualities prized in Christian teaching, traditionally divided into theological virtues (faith, hope, and charity) and cardinal virtues (prudence, justice, temperance, and fortitude).
The theological virtues come from scripture; the cardinal virtues were adopted from classical philosophy.
Together they form the foundation of Christian moral life: She embodied the Christian virtues of humility and compassion.
