Captain Underpants
Captain Underpants is a superhero character from a children's book series by Dav Pilkey, first published in 1997.
The character is a bald principal who, when hypnotized, strips to his underwear and cape to fight villains.
The books are known for juvenile humor involving toilets and bodily functions, making them perennial favorites with young readers and frequent targets of censorship efforts: My kid has read every Captain Underpants book twice.
