Braxton-Hicks
Practice uterine tightenings
Braxton-Hicks contractions are irregular uterine contractions that occur during pregnancy, sometimes called "false labor." Unlike true labor contractions, they don't increase in intensity or frequency and don't dilate the cervix.
They typically begin in the second trimester and become more noticeable as pregnancy progresses: The doctor said my cramps were just Braxton-Hicks.
