Glass-mounted price tag
A window sticker is the label affixed to a new car's window showing the manufacturer's suggested retail price, standard features, and optional equipment.
Also called a Monroney sticker after the senator who mandated it.
The term extends to any promotional or informational sticker displayed in a window: The apartment had a "for rent" window sticker.
