whit
Minimal conceivable quantity
A whit is a tiny amount, the smallest particle imaginable.
The word appears almost exclusively in negative constructions: not a whit, never a whit, without a whit of evidence.
To say something doesn't matter one whit is to say it doesn't matter at all.
