wet suits
Surfer's second skin
Wet suits are close-fitting garments made of neoprene rubber, worn for water activities in cold conditions.
Unlike dry suits, wet suits allow a thin layer of water between the suit and skin—body heat warms this water, providing insulation.
Surfers, divers, and swimmers wear them: I need a thicker wet suit for winter surfing.
Also spelled as one word: wetsuit.
