Nuptial congratulations note
A wedding card is a greeting card given to a couple celebrating their marriage, typically containing congratulations and well-wishes.
Wedding cards accompany gifts or stand alone as tokens of acknowledgment: We signed the wedding card and passed it around the office.
The term also refers to formal wedding invitations in some regions.
