Untraining is the process of removing or reversing what has been learned through training.
In machine learning, untraining removes specific data or behaviors from a model: The company had to untrain the AI after it learned from biased datasets.
More broadly, it applies to breaking ingrained habits or conditioning: Untraining yourself from people-pleasing takes time.
