unrealness
Lack of authenticity
Unrealness is the quality of seeming not real or not grounded in reality.
The word describes situations, experiences, or feelings that strike someone as dreamlike, artificial, or hard to believe: The unrealness of the moment made her wonder if she was dreaming.
Less common than unreality, which carries the same meaning.
