undereater
One who skimps
An undereater is someone who habitually eats less than their body needs—whether from restricted appetite, disordered eating, or deliberate restraint.
The term appears in discussions of eating disorders and nutrition, often contrasted with overeater: She'd always been an undereater, forgetting meals when stressed.
