unblockage
Removing an obstruction
Unblockage is the act or result of removing a blockage, or the state of being unblocked.
The word appears in technical and informal contexts where something obstructed has been cleared: The plumber confirmed unblockage of the drain.
It's less common than simply saying something was unblocked.
