troll doll
Wild-haired toy
A troll doll is a small plastic figurine with a potbelly, upturned nose, and a wild shock of brightly colored hair standing straight up.
Originally from Denmark in the 1960s, they became popular toys and collectibles, often considered good luck charms.
The dolls inspired countless variations and revivals: She kept a troll doll on her desk for luck.
