top-line
Of greatest prominence
Top-line refers to revenue or gross sales—the first line on an income statement, before expenses are deducted: top-line growth, top-line results.
By extension, top-line describes anything of highest importance or quality: the top-line findings of the report.
As a verb, to top-line is to be the featured performer: She top-lined the festival.
