tongue scraping
Cleaning mouth surface
Tongue scraping is the practice of dragging a tool across the tongue's surface to remove bacteria, dead cells, and debris.
Usually done with a curved metal or plastic scraper as part of oral hygiene: I added tongue scraping to my morning routine.
The practice has roots in Ayurvedic medicine and is claimed to reduce bad breath.
