tolerance level
Breaking point measure
Tolerance level is the point at which someone can no longer endure something unpleasant or irritating: My tolerance level for office politics is basically zero.
The phrase appears in technical contexts too—the maximum amount of a substance, stress, or deviation that a system can handle before failing or producing unacceptable results: The material's tolerance level for heat.
