team challenges
Collective problem-solving tasks
Team challenges are competitive activities or obstacles designed to be tackled by groups working together.
In corporate settings, they're exercises meant to build collaboration and communication skills: The retreat included team challenges like building bridges from cardboard.
In gaming and fitness apps, team challenges pit groups against each other or toward shared goals: Our department joined the step-count team challenge.
