Rolling refreshment table
A tea cart is a small wheeled table used for serving tea, drinks, or light refreshments.
Typically featuring two tiers and a handle for pushing, it allows a host to transport cups, plates, and provisions from kitchen to guests: She rolled the tea cart into the parlor.
Also called a tea trolley, especially in British English.
